The Sandhurst FNC are saddened by the passing of 2004 Premiership player Mark “Hoofa” Fitzgerald. Our condolences are extended to his son Charlie, his parents Mike & Helen and his siblings Craig, Nicole and families.

A massive milestone for one of the most talented and respected players to come through our club!

A Grade Premiership player and part of our incredible four-peat, Shae has continued to set the standard on court. A Betty Thompson Medallist, A Grade Best & Fairest and natural leader, her talent and determination speak for themselves.

But beyond all the accolades, Shae is an incredible teammate and an even better human. She leads by example, lifts those around her and is someone our club is incredibly lucky to have.

100 games is a huge achievement, Shae, and we couldn’t be prouder to celebrate it with you! ❤️🐉💯

Our Guzman y Gomez Player of the Week for Round 18 is COOPER SMITH from the Sandhurst Football Netball Club ⭐

The Dragons' Captain had his best performance for the season in Round 18, accumulating a massive 44 disposals including 14 clearances and 216 ranking points to go with his two goals👏

Cooper has had an injury interrupted 2026 but as he approaches his 100th match for Sandhurst, he has bigger plans for the clubs as they embark on another Finals Series 🏆

Thanks to GYG, our senior player of the week will once again receive a voucher to GYG Kennington or Bendigo so they can enjoy the Mexican fast-food athletes say yes to! 😋

Two weeks ago, we celebrated our Headspace Round 💚

We’re proud to recognise our Sandhurst players who were awarded a “Heads On” Certificate! The award recognised those who demonstrated the Headspace spirit through care, connection, positivity and support for those around them.
