It was a great weekend for the Rock Hard crew at the IKMF Oceania Championship 2024 . We didn't have a full compliment of lifters but the ones that competed truly excelled in their lifts.
Sarah Lea: 28kg One Arm Jerk:10mins: Rank achieved: Candidate for Master of Sport (CMS).( Saturday)
Sarah Lea: 20kg One Arm Long Cycle, 30mins: Rank achieved: Master of Sport World Class: (MSWC) ( Sunday)
Jen Fletcher: 16kg Sn**ch: 30mins Rank achieved: Master of Sport.( MS)
Bianca Pratt: 16kg One Arm Long Cycle 30mins Rank achieved: Master of Sport ( MS)
Louie Scholtz: 16kg One Arm Long Cycle 30mins: Rank achieved: Master of Sport( MS)
Maxine Smith: Pentathlon Rank achieved: National Rank ( NR)( 1 bell) 1st time competing in this event. Outstanding effort considering there is nothing in her age group. The ranks will change to include veteran 2.
Joel Gill : Pentathlon( 1 bell). Not every lift has to Rank. Sometimes with life just committing to training and showing up for a competition is a high achievement. Outstanding effort Joel!.

Congratulations crew on an epic performance at the IKMF World Championship's. All the hard work of weeks and months paid off.
All the injuries and sickness etcetera to overcome. Work and family commitments. Only sometimes with limited training which makes your results more impressive. Well done, and you've made me one happy and proud coach.
