Our coaches Joe, Ebony, Josh and Regan recently attended the 2026 Centre of Excellence Coaches Conference & have brought back their biggest takeaways to share with you, Representative and Domestic coaches in an upcoming workshop! Special guest presenter: Josh Cheney. Bendigo Braves, NBL1 head coach.

Summer Season with Generals Basketball Club! We welcome both new and returning players, with a special focus on growing our Under 8 and Under 10 age groups.

Joining Generals is a fantastic way for children to develop new skills, make friends, and enjoy being part of a supportive club. Our goal is to help young players start their basketball journey with us and continue progressing through every junior age group.

There are two easy ways to get involved:

Form your own team of 6–7 players with a volunteer coach and team manager.
Register as an individual, and we'll work hard to place your child into an existing team.

No previous basketball experience? No problem! Beginners are encouraged to join, and volunteer coaches and team managers receive ongoing support and guidance from the club—so you don't need to be an expert to help out.

Junior age groups: Under 8 through to Under 18.
