Discover your full potential at Bendigo Kenpo Karate. We teach high quality Martial Arts for Children, Teenagers and Adults.
Classes can involve warm up exercises, drills, pad work, techniques/self defence as well as forms/kata work. All ages and abilities are welcome from beginner to seasoned competitor. Private lessons in self defence, competition training or sparring and pad work is available, call to book one for yourself or as a gift.

**JUNIOR CLASS CANCELLED TONIGHT**
Due to the extreme heat and risk to health we have cancelled tonight's junior class between 5-6pm.
Adult and teenage class from 6pm will be replaced with an open mat (no formal class, room to walk through your own material).
Classes resume tonight 👌😀

Don't forget, no classes tonight. Christmas break up instead at the play ground area at White Hills Botanical Gardens 5:30pm tonight. BYO chairs and picnic. Hot chips coming around 6pm.

**NEXT ROUND OF TOURNAMENTS**
The next rounds for the NSKA and NAS tournaments are coming up.
NAS Round 2 will be held on Sunday 22nd June at Doncaster Secondary College - 123 Church Rd Doncaster.
NSKA Melbourne Open will be held on Sunday 3rd August at Aqualink, Box Hill.
If you are interested in either of the events, please talk to Mr or Mrs Watts about registering and competing.
