Anywho!!!! Had so much fun running the today 🥰🫶🏼 vibes were immaculate! Amazing crowd! Thank you to the random volunteers and strangers who cheered my name especially in the last few kms 🫰🏼🫰🏼🫰🏼

“What a privilege to be able to do this” & “for Bella, T, Matt, mum, dad and MEEEEE” were my go to mantras whenever the hills came into sight 🥵

Looking forward to what’s next 👀 it’s gonna be fun nevertheless 🤩 less go!!! 🙃🙃

End of an era 🥹

The cot, bassinets, baby carriers… all the newborn things we held onto for T from Bella have officially been passed on this past weekend.

And honestly.. a part of me will always wish for one more newborn cuddle, one more tiny moment with them like that again 😩

But another part of me truthfully? …
She’s ready to feel like me again 🫡

This next chapter will look a little different.
It won’t be perfect, but I’ll keep showing up anyway.

Messy, imperfect, and getting it done — like we always do as mums 🥰😌

We’ve got a few big months before maternity leave officially ends 👀
so strap in — she’s booked and busy as a hybrid athlete mumma 🤭💪

April — Sydney Airport Runway 10km ✈️
May — HOKA Half Marathon 🏃🏻‍♀️
June — Turf Games 🏋🏻‍♀️
July — HYROX Sydney?? 👀 💫

Just going to take it one day at a time…
while not taking for granted the opportunity I have to do what I love 🫶🏼

Nothing a boost of endorphins couldn’t fix iykyk 🙃😌

Had one of my best runs in a long time today.

Lately I’ve been behind on mileage and doing most of my “runs” on the treadmill… which had me low-key doubting whether I could keep up with my half marathon training.

But today reminded me that progress isn’t always linear. Sometimes you just need to keep showing up until it clicks again.

Threw on my new fit and dare I say… one of my best runs of 2026 yet 👀🤭
Something about a fresh fit just hits different 🥵

Just keep going fam.
One day at a time 🫶🏼

Let’s be honest, sometimes unpacking the feels hits but there’s something about that long run high that just… 🤏🤏🤏🙂‍↕️

But truly - training has been one of the biggest gifts to my mental health.
It doesn’t fix everything.
It just makes me feel strong enough to handle it.

& for now, that’s been enough.

When fueling for performance is a full-time job iykyk 🫣💀

We ain’t eating like toddlers over here and expecting our engines to keep us going 🏎️

Between breakfast tantrums, burpees and bedtime… turns out mums need actual fuel.
Fuel looks like full meals, not snack plate leftovers and vibes 🫣💀👀

This shift has been the biggest game changer for me — better performance, better recovery, better energy for life outside the gym too.

Under-fueled isn’t a personality trait.
It’s usually just misinformation 👀
