Gold Coast Rifle Club in action at MDRA over 500 yards - and what a solid effort from everyone! 👏🎯

Phillip gets his very first double possible (rooster) and tops the range at 500 yards. A powerhouse hit in tricky conditions that caught many of the best out. Awesome job!

Only 2 of our Goldies on range today at the Pacific OPM - Brad taking some time before the big one on Monday when he starts on the National Veterans Team Matches and Brian - both only doing the day. Good luck and good shooting!

A few big hits at 900y yesterday - Brad in FS and Phillip in F Open! Next weekend is the Pacific Rifle Club OPM followed by National Veterans, the Duncan Memorial, The King's Series and National TR Teams... MDRA will resume on 22nd of August.

Brad is still looking and wondering how that 5 got in there! A breath of air would have taken it into the 6 ring. Awesome shoot to take the day in FS - including an big 66.8 in the second string.

Now he's definitely ready for National Veterans which start 10 August!

Not only a great shot, but a great club man who puts in the time to help bring our next generation of competitors to the winner's circle. Great job Brad - we appreciate everything you do!

Which direction did the wind go? Apparently, there are more than 360* of movement! 🤣🤣🤣

We reckon Brad was smiling because he was lucky enough to have a wind coach! Well done to all who gave it a go in very difficult conditions.
