Both our FQPL U23 and FQPL 3 First team were unable to find winners to go through to Grand Finals last weekend.

Our U23's fought for 120 minutes, but were unable to find a second goal, while our 1st team started hot, but AC Carina showed their class, and we were unable to find the third goal to take it beyond 90 minutes.

Congratulations to all the players for two huge campaigns, with the U23's missing the title on GD, and the 1st team missing out on the playoff promotion place by 1 point!

A huge amount of credit should go to the coaching staff, Campbell Hurry, Martin Rae, Nelson Hurry, Brandon Rae, Dave Lee & Jason Hunter on their work behind the scenes.

Time to rest, recoup, and begin the work for 2027.

Our Div 1 team are at home and will be looking to maintain their unbeaten run and carry that momentum into the finals series. 💪🔥

It’s been a fantastic season from the ladies so far — now it’s about finishing the regular season strongly and getting ready for finals football!

A huge congratulations to our Moggill FC U8 Matildas and Coach Sam Page, who represented the club brilliantly at the Metro Junior Girls United Carnival at The Gap FC over the weekend.

It was a fantastic celebration of girls’ football, with around 400 players, 45 teams and 22 clubs coming together for a great day of football.

We’re incredibly proud that our U8 Matildas were recognised with the 🏆 Spirit of the Game Award, celebrating their sportsmanship, teamwork and the way they represented the values of Girls United, we should also mention they went thru undefeated!

At Moggill FC, we love seeing our young players enjoying their football, supporting their teammates and representing the club in such a positive way. This award is a wonderful reflection of the girls, their coaches and families.

👏 Well done, Matildas — you’ve done Moggill FC proud!

A big thank you also to The Gap FC for hosting another fantastic carnival and to all the junior referees who helped make the day such a success.
