Explore a creative, healing and nature based experience with elememtopia

The Mandala Circle experience is not about creating something perfect or beautiful. It is about the process of creating. Each person is invited to choose and place natural elements intuitively, allowing colours, textures and shapes to express something that may be difficult to put into words.

Creating the mandala together can become a form of moving meditation. As the circle slowly takes shape, there is space to be present, listen inwardly, release what no longer needs to be carried, and recognise what we wish to nurture or invite into our lives.

Join us for our first Satsang, a chance to explore beyond the physical practice and into some of the wisdom, philosophy, and practices at the heart of yoga traditions.

Satsang offers something we don’t often encounter in our busy everyday lives: a shared space to pause, listen, query, reflect, and engage in spiritual dialogue with teachers and the people you practice with.

Our first Satsang at Ananda will explore the mantra ॐ OM. Through reflections, open conversation and practice, Jessie will guide us in unpacking this familiar yet endlessly mysterious sonic vibration.

Saturday 26 September | 5pm
First Satsang is FREE!

These sessions are also an opportunity to ask questions. Maybe you've had a burning yoga-related question? Curious about a yogic concept or Sanskrit term you’ve heard in class? Bring it along, or send your question through beforehand.

✨ Book your place and join us in practice, inquiry and community.

Fascia is a continuous web that wraps and supports every structure in the body, helping everything function as an integrated whole.

When the pressures of live build, this system often shifts into protection: bracing, shallow breath, tightness, and a sense of being “stuck”.

Through gentle, precise maneuvers, breath‑led pacing, and nervous‑system‑informed guidance, Simon helps your fascia receive the one thing it needs to reorganize: signals of safety.

As the system softens, breath opens, tension unwinds without force, and your body begins to move with more ease and clarity.

Learn maneuvers that you can take home so you can experience
- Better sleep
- Improved digestion
- Higher energy levels
- Reduced chronic pain
- Greater flexibility and mobility
- Youthful movement and posture
- Enhanced athletic performance
