No open mat today due to the in-house comp at Miami

This Saturday we held our Kids Grading for the 9+ and 12+ classes. We are extremely proud of each and every one of you for your hard work, dedication, and effort on the mats.

Congratulations on your new belt and the beginning of a new chapter in your Jiu Jitsu journey. Keep learning, growing, and enjoying the process.

Open mat this Sunday will be at Fight Club Ashmore at 3pm. First inter-club open mat of the year.

We’re excited to announce our In-House Competition!

On Sunday morning, June 21st at 9:00am, Fight Club Miami will host another In-House Competition.

This event is open to both Kids & Adults, a perfect opportunity to get valuable mat time, build competition experience in a friendly environment, and prepare for the Queensland State Championships.

Yesterday we had the Moreton Bay Championship and the boys did an amazing job. Big congrats to Levi, Joshwa, and Jagger. It’s awesome to see you guys training hard, improving, and stepping into competitions to challenge yourselves. Super proud of you all.

Fundamental Class Tuesday & Thursday at 6:00PM

Yesterday we reviewed some basic but super important attacks from closed guard, focusing on armbars and triangles.

Building strong fundamentals, improving control, and sharpening submissions every class.

Yesterday we had the Ipswich Open and some of our students stepped up to compete.
