✨ When Fitness Becomes Part Of Your Life

Sometimes the biggest changes happen outside the gym.

It’s making time for yourself, building better habits, finding balance and staying consistent. 💪

And when you’ve got the right support and an amazing community around you, those little changes can make a big difference.

That’s what we love seeing at CRG NRG Fitness. Our members finding ways to make their health and fitness work around their lives, not take over them. 😊

Strength training can feel a little intimidating when you’re not sure where to start.

How often should I train?
What exercises should I do?
What should I eat?
"Where do I even start?"

If you’ve ever asked yourself these questions, you’re definitely not alone.

The good news? It doesn’t have to be complicated. You don’t need to be super fit or spend hours in the gym. You just need the right guidance and a place to start.

At CRG NRG Fitness, we help women 40+ build strength, confidence and fitness in a supportive environment.

Which question have you asked yourself? Let me know in the comments - or tell me your biggest strength training question below.

It might just become our next post!

💛 You CAN do anything… but you CAN’T do everything.

How often do you find yourself thinking…

"I'll just push through and get everything done."

You keep going.
You keep giving.
You keep putting everyone else first.

Until one day you realise you're completely exhausted - physically AND mentally. 😩

And the tricky part?

It's become your normal.

If you're a giver and a carer, you're probably very good at looking after everyone around you.

But what happens when you're constantly pouring from your own cup without stopping to refill it?

Eventually, there's nothing left to give. 💛

And this is why asking for help can be so difficult.

We're so used to being the one who does everything that asking someone else for help can feel almost impossible.

In this week's video, I'm talking about why we find asking for help so challenging and the question we really need to ask ourselves…

Is constantly pushing through actually serving us? 👀

🎥 If this sounds a little too familiar, have a listen to this week's video.

Remember…

You don't have to do everything on your own. ❤️

Sometimes asking for help is simply another way of looking after yourself.

Much love,

Corinne ✌️❤️

😂 “You train too much. You need to rest.”

Me: I know… I know

But two days without training and this is what happens! 🤣💪

Who can relate? 👇

TIME TO TURN UP THE UPPER-BODY BURN 🔥

Pressed for time but still want a great workout?

This 15-minute Upper Body Burner is short, focused and designed to get your shoulders, back, chest and arms working. 🔥

You’ll need two sets of dumbbells - one heavier and one lighter - but if you only have one set, that's absolutely fine!

Here's what we've got:

🔸 Circuit 1: Compound movements working multiple upper-body muscles together
🔸 Circuit 2: More focused exercises for your shoulders, triceps and biceps

We'll work in 30-second bursts with 10 seconds of rest, keeping things moving while focusing on controlled, quality reps.

And trust me… you'll feel this one! 🔥

The goal isn't just to get through the workout - it's to focus on your technique, control each movement and build strength as you go.

A few things to remember:

✔️ Keep your knees soft during standing exercises
✔️ Keep your elbows tucked in during bicep and tricep movements
✔️ Keep your core engaged for stability

Ready for a quick upper-body challenge? 👀

Ladies, you matter too. 🧡

You can’t keep putting your health at the bottom of the list and expect everything else to keep running at 100%.

There will never be a “perfect” time to prioritise yourself.

So start now.
Move your body. Build your strength. Look after YOU.

Because your health isn’t something to sacrifice - it’s what allows you to show up for everything else. 💪
