🏏 Get Active Kids Vouchers are now open! 🏏

Did you know eligible families can receive up to $200 per child to help cover the cost of junior cricket and Woolworths Cricket Blast registrations?

If you hold a Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card, you may be eligible for a voucher or reimbursement through the Victorian Government's Get Active Kids Voucher Program.

⚠️ Applications close at 10am on 13 October 2026 or earlier if funding is exhausted, so don't wait!

✅ Up to $200 towards registration costs
✅ Available for Junior Cricket and Cricket Blast participants
✅ Can be used as a voucher for new registrations or a reimbursement if you've already paid

The countdown to the 2026/27 season is on, and it's time to get your Beechworth Wanderers Cricket Club senior registration sorted!

✅ Senior membership: $350 plus Cricket Australia fee: $36.50
✅ Umpire costs included in your membership this season, which means no more finding $10 cash each Saturday!
✅ Payment plans available with senior memberships able to be paid in instalments.

Concession memberships are available for players who are: • Full-time students, or
• Holders of a Health Care Card issued by Services Australia.

🏏📱 Help the Wanderers Score Big This Season! 📱🏏

With cricket season just around the corner, we're looking for parents, players and supporters to help us with e-scoring this season.

Whether you're completely new to scoring or have done it before, these online training sessions will help you gain practical skills and confidence using the PlayHQ e-scoring platform. E-scoring is a vital part of match day, and the more people who know how to do it, the easier it is for everyone.

✅ Wednesday 30 September, 7:00pm to 8:00pm

No experience is necessary, and even if you can only help out occasionally, we'd love to have more volunteers trained and ready to go for the season.

🏏✨ You're Invited! Official Opening of the Community Bank Beechworth & District Indoor Cricket and Sporting Facility ✨🏏

The Beechworth Wanderers Cricket Club is excited to invite our members, supporters and the wider community to celebrate the official opening of our brand new indoor cricket nets at Baarmutha Park.

This event will not only mark the official opening of a fantastic new facility for our club and community, but also launch the 2026/27 cricket season. With pre-season training already underway and both our senior and junior players making use of the new nets, it's the perfect opportunity to showcase this important investment in local sporting infrastructure.

The project has been made possible through the support of many partners and contributors, including the Community Bank Beechworth & District, Indigo Shire Council and Cricket Victoria. This event provides an opportunity to formally acknowledge and thank those who have helped bring it to life - including past and present Club volunteers who have worked for many years on getting this project up.
