We are affiliated with Swimming WA and Masters WA. Our club has a long standing partnership with the de Lacy Swim School, who are the club's coaching providers.
Central Aquatic Swimming and Lifesaving Club is a community based swimming club that delivers a well-rounded programme of pool, open water, lifesaving and Masters swimming. Central Aquatic supports the swimming goals of all our members, and we strive to provide a positive and supportive environment so all our swimmers can achieve their goals, no matter what those goals are. We focus on building great friendships and great technique, both key ingredients to keeping swimmers in the water for life.

💛 Today is R U OK? Day, a time to check in with yourself and your teammates. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and even the strongest athletes need support sometimes.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or just not yourself — that’s OK. Talk to someone. Reach out to a coach, a teammate, a friend. And if you notice someone else isn’t quite themselves — ask the question: “R U OK?”
Let’s keep the lanes safe - not just for swimming, but for real, honest connection.

CAQ Masters has been named Masters Swimming WA Club of the Year! 🏆🖤❤️
The 2025 McDonald Shield Club of the Year recognises the club considered to be the most efficient in relation to State business — including responsiveness across administrative matters and contribution to the branch through social media updates and content.
And apparently… we ticked a few boxes! 😉👏

We were lucky enough to have some left over, so our swimmers got to enjoy a healthy post-swim snack at training. It certainly didn’t go to waste! 😃
