What a weekend! 6pt Saturday followed up with the Thirds claiming their Metro League Title!

Massive result on the day and an incredible season for the lads. Back to back promotions and went one better this time, going up as Champs! 🏆

Despite the results, our o35 Family Day was a huge success and was great to see so many of our members families down to enjoy the sunshine.

SDS result didn't go our way but the boys still sit top with 2 games to go.

Some big wins across the Junior program, highlighted by our u16 Girls taking over top spot, also with 2 to go. Well done girls, bring it home! 💪

Our 50th year celebrations are fast approaching, and god we are excited!

We wish to invite all past and present members, players, coaches and supporters to come and celebrate our 50th year in style at either of our 2 events this Saturday.

Our Presidents Luncheon and Sponsors Day lunch kicks off proceedings with a 2 course lunch at the club. Hear from current and past members about their experiences at Baxter all while enjoying some fabulous food before the big game at 3pm where we host Chelsea at the Nest.

Then at night we raise some glasses (or 50th year celebration cans) to the last 50 years and toast to the 50 to come. Tim Steers is on deck to provide us with our entertainment needs for the evening, with lots of fun and surprises in store. Finger food provided with your ticket, just come and have a good night with old friends!

Sunday Results 🔵⚪🦅

Our Senior Women back on the winners list in style, while both Metro Mens teams continue this seasons impressive form.

Fun Fact: That is the 5th time this season our Metro6 side has been involved in a 10+ goal game and the 8th time they've scored 5+.
Khaled leads the league stats with 29 goals this season.

Elsewhere, our thin o35 squads all suffered defeats and a mix of results across the Junior program.

We have had a tough few weeks on field, and we couldn’t get the result on Saturday, but what was pleasing was seeing our Senior Men sport our 50th Anniversary heritage kit which paid homage to our past players, committee members, coaches, supporters and anyone who has made the Baxter Soccer Club what it is today.

Throwing it back to an old kit from the 90s, we want to thank the team at Mitre for making our vision a reality. And how sharp did the boys look! This kit definitely brought back some fond memories.

Our 50th year celebrations will continue over the next few weeks, with our big day on August 1, with our Senior Men hosting Chelsea, with our Presidents Luncheon and Sponsors lunch during the day, and our big 50th year celebration evening that night. Tickets are available for both.

We look forward to celebrating our big milestone further over the next few weeks, and hopefully we can celebrate some on field success in that time.
