2026 METRO UNDER-12 JAMBOREE | ATHLETE ANNOUNCEMENT

Following the participation of over 400 athletes at this year’s Metro Under-12 Skills Days, Basketball NSW has confirmed the selection of 200 athletes for the 2026 Under-12 Metro Jamboree, to be held in Penrith this September/October from 30-2.

The three-day Jamboree is a highlight on the development calendar, offering an engaging mix of skill-based coaching sessions, competitive gameplay, and team-focused activities. It’s designed to challenge athletes, build confidence, and create lasting connections within the metro basketball community.

Athletes will be placed into 10 boys’ and 10 girls’ teams, providing the opportunity to learn alongside new teammates and coaches while developing their game in a structured, high-performance environment.
