🦁🏉 Busted Lions Golden Oldies Gala Day 🏉🦁

Hi All,

Due to a few unforeseen circumstances, we had to postpone our Gala Night. However, all is not lost! We're now putting on a bigger and better Gala Day, combining our event with the Eastwood Charcoals over 35's Rugby Union Club’s cancelled fixtures.

We're calling on all Hornsby Over 35s, Hexagon Rugby, Golden Oldies clubs, and old rugby mates to dust off the boots and join us for a run around the paddock. Let's make it a cracking day of friendship, fun, and a bit of champagne rugby.

And that's a wrap on Hexagon Rugby season 4! Congratulations to Wahroonga Tigers Rugby Club for hosting a fantastic night. With 13 Hills players taking the field last night, partnering with Withered Oaks Rugby Club, it was a stellar display of rugby. Great tackling, flick passes, cut-out balls, and a few overhead passes topped off a great night.

Thank you to all of our players, new and old, for taking the field throughout the year. Mateship, making new mates, all united through the love of rugby.

Special thanks to Mark and Matt of Hexagon Rugby and to all teams who make this unique community so much fun to be part of.

Good luck to our lads backing up for Hills Rugby - Seniors today in the Grand Final.

Last Hexagon round of 2026!

What a privilege to play as a Hexagon Rugby Barbarians side against Eastwood Charcoals over 35's Rugby Union Club at the last (or one of the last) games at TJ Millner Field. Great over-35s rugby and as a curtain-raiser to Woods Rugby 3rd Grade.

***HEXAGON GAME 7 - Friday 21st AUG***

Game 7 of the 2026 Hexagon Rugby will be hosted by Wahroonga Toothless Tigers - Oldies rugby on Friday 21st August at CLIFF OVAL, North Wahroonga.

The Toothless Tigers will be in the clubhouse bar from 6:30pm to welcome all players from all Hexagon Clubs.

After a great season this will be our last Friday night game of 2026 and mark our return to Cliff Oval.

As ever, Wives/partners and kids are all welcome to join in the fun and watch this game under lights.

Food will be available at the canteen and there will also be a BBQ.
