Our Bathurst All Abilities Netball players have an invited to Melbourne in October 2026 to participate in the Special Olympics Australia National Games!

While this is an opportunity of a lifetime, the cost of getting our players and their support people to Melbourne is enormous, and we want to do everything we can to make sure cost isn’t a barrier to our players being able to take part.

We’re calling on our amazing Bathurst community to help us get there! 💙

Our All Abilities Team will play in the 12 Hour Fundraiser for Mental Health organised by Out Of Touch Netball Club at our normal time on Court 5! It’s not too late to donate!

Today, our All Abilities players made history! 💙🏐💛

This team is the first Bathurst All Abilities team to play at an All Abilities Carnival, and not just any carnival… today, they were part of the largest All Abilities Carnival in NSW! 🤩

Our players represented Bathurst so proudly, showing incredible sportsmanship, courage and teamwork throughout the day. Our cheer squad was absolutely on point and we could feel their support from the court! We even picked up a few honorary Bathurstians along the way who cheered just as loudly for us! 😂

A massive thank you to Eastwood Ryde Netball Association for inviting us and putting on such a spectacular day. We had an absolute blast and already can’t wait for next year!

To our support workers, family members and friends, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. And our legendary support workers and coaches who were out on court alongside our players, supporting them every step of the way, encouraging, guiding them to the end of game! Everyone there today made sure each one of our players had a fun and unforgettable day 💙

Words really can’t describe how amazing today was. The pride, the smiles, the encouragement and the sportsmanship were something truly special.

We are so incredibly proud of each and every one of our players, and we hope you are all just as proud of yourselves! 🥹💙🏐

We are thrilled to send our senior All Abilities players off as they embark on their first-ever carnival tomorrow!
This is an incredible milestone, and we are bursting with pride. We know it will be an amazing day filled with fun and netball excitement 💫

The weather was perfect today, and we made the most of it! We all enjoyed playing “Rob the Nest” today before playing our game.
The rules were simple: cheer and support your team!
Team sports are incredible; you learn to support your teammates, cheer for them, lift them up when they’re down, celebrate both the highs and lows together and meet new friends! 💛🏐💙

Our Bathurst All Abilities Netball Team has been invited to compete in the Eastwood Ryde All Abilities Gala Day on Sunday 9 August!

We’re incredibly proud to be entering a Bathurst team for the very first time 🏐

This is a significant milestone for our association and a wonderful opportunity for our players to experience the excitement of representing Bathurst, building friendships and celebrating inclusive netball. Whilst we wish we could bring our younger players too, this carnival is designed for players and teams aged 13 years and over. To our younger players, you are just as important, and we can’t wait to continue building opportunities for you as inclusive netball grows.
