It's that time of the year when I stop and reflect back with great mates, memories and achievements 🤠

For the very first time in the world, a liquid hydrogen powered vehicle has competed in a race - and it was a Toyota GR Corolla 💥

Over the weekend, the GR Corolla H2 Concept Corolla made history in Japan by finishing the Super Taikyu Fuji 24 Hour Race fuelled entirely by liquid hydrogen 😮

A portion of the hydrogen used in the vehicle was produced here in Australia and transported to Japan earlier this year.

This was a truly significant milestone for hydrogen innovation and we were honoured to play a part.

Happy to say Andrew Jeffcott & The86shop team have the fastest Clubsprint 86/BRZ after the recent Aus Time Attack event at Winton Motor Raceway.

Challenges came from everywhere, the competition, the weather.,bloody ECU cuts, we had it all thrown at us. Leaving just 6 laps to take the prize before the sky opened up again.

The 04-JohnShaw rocket did it again 🏆

There is also a good chance I was the fastest 50+ vegan on the day 😜

Pretty cool to hang out with the usual suspects at the track that push me to the limit and help me along each track day and have a laugh or two, Andrew Jeffcott, Tim Faulkner, Andrew Wilton, Rob Oshlack, Daniel Watt, Mick Reynolds, Mitchell Brooks, Lucas Mc, Russ Stephens, Yann Chane-Kive, Keith Holtham.
This was the first hit out after loosing a good mate John Shaw, who was a huge part of the car we ran yesterday👍
