Test day today at Queensland Raceway

Starting to understand the car in terms of set up, massive thanks goes to the Corish Motorsports family, busted their guts getting cars repaired and I certainly didn’t make things easy for them today wanting changes after every session.

Nice to be back racing in the Territory this Sunday with the NAMSC NT Tiles

I’ll be in the GDM Racing Commodore Cup car this weekend. A thank you goes out to Garry and Meagan, not only for the opportunity to drive this weekend, but for being big supporters of NT racing, helping to kickstart my career and as well as others.

If not for the overnight effort from the Corish Motorsports team to get the car rebuilt for Sundays double points race our championship would’ve been over early.

Championship Recap – After Round 3

Three rounds down, three rounds to go… and the 2026 Battery World Aussie Racing Cars Super Series is building towards a spectacular championship finale.

Following another action-packed weekend in Townsville, Rossi Johnson has emerged as the championship leader on 136 points, but with Anthony Di Mauro (135), Ayrton Hodson (131) and Nathan Williams (130) all within touching distance, the title fight couldn’t be closer. Just six points separate the top four, meaning every qualifying session, every race and every overtake could decide who lifts the trophy.

Townsville once again proved that momentum can change in an instant. Diesel Thomas stormed to a massive 50-point haul, climbing into the championship’s top eight, while Cody McKay continued his charge to move level with William Rowe in fifth. Jeff Waters remains firmly in the hunt, with the midfield battle tighter than ever and positions changing almost every race.

With three rounds still remaining, the pressure is only going to intensify. Every point will matter, every mistake will be costly, and with the front-runners separated by the narrowest of margins, the championship is still anyone’s to win.

If the opening half of the season is anything to go by, fans are set for an unforgettable run to the finish in what is shaping up to be one of the most thrilling and fiercely contested Battery World Aussie Racing Cars Super Series championships in recent history.
