MUMS AND BUBS YOGA!
Commencing on Friday the 3rd of February(10:30am) for 4 weeks only.
Cost is $80 for the 4 weeks and spaces are limited!
What to expect: The class will be a combination of stretching and movement. It’s not your typical yoga class, but an opportunity to move your body, interact with your little one and other mums.
What to bring: A blanket, bouncer or nest for your baby and any toys to occupy them. Mats and props are provided.
The class is suitable for babies from 6 weeks up until crawling. It’s recommended you seek clearance from a physio or GP prior to commencing.
Classes will be 45min in duration.
