It was a beautiful morning to guide these five incredible men through a conscious, connected breath work journey. And even more of a privilege to do so alongside my good friend Chris Sulfa who is a master at this craft.
Every day I feel more privileged and blessed to wake up and be trusted to provide a safe place for others to feel, express and regulate themselves so that they can continue to show up as the best version of themselves in their lives.

What you'll be doing:
- Delivering personalised, evidence-based exercise programs
- Supporting clients with chronic conditions, injury recovery & rehabilitation
- Working alongside a team that truly values holistic, client-centred care

- Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP)
- Passionate about long-term client outcomes
- A warm, approachable manner — because our clients come first
Thrive is a young, growing practice with big ambitions — this role starts part-time, but as we continue to grow, we see real potential for the right person to transition into a full-time position.

Reflecting on 2025... what a first year in business! So privileged to be able to turn my passion into a living and support many wonderful individuals.
The pictures are from our Christmas Party with my clients who served in the military and whom I love and appreciate dearly.
2025 would not have been so successful without my mate Murray over at and the support and encouragement from my beautiful partner and my daughter Willow.
