Dear Members,
Unfortunately Tuggerah United FC have been unable to form a committee for the 2022 season.
With no committee we are unable to run a club. As most of you would be aware CCF have recently opened registration for the 2022 season. Until we are able to fill committee positions we will be unable to accept registrations for the 2022 season. Should committee positions not be filled we will be unable to enter teams in the 2022 comp.

Dear Members,
On Monday 29th November, Tuggerah United FC held its Annual General Meeting.
During this meeting the Committee for 2022 football season was to be nominated and voted upon.
Unfortunately no nominations were received as per AGM notifications sent to all members on 27/10/2021. Only one nomination was received on the night.
At this point in time Tuggerah United FC have been unable to form a Committee for 2022 football season.
A decision was made on the night to readvertise positions for the Committee which will be done via email next week, with an Extraordinary Meeting to be called in early January to try and form a committee.

Please don’t assume the same people will be nominating for Season 2022. Some have moved from the area and others can’t continue due to changed work commitments.
If there is no Committee, there is no club.
If you wish to join, please attend the meeting or contact us for information.

Tuggerah United Football Club is looking for new members to join the committee. Our club can only run successfully with volunteer members. If you are interested in nominating for any position (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Fundraising, Groundsman etc) please send us a message and we can send you some information.

Current members have just been emailed details of Tuggerah United FC's Annual General Meeting to be held at The Royal Hotel on Monday 29th November 2021 starting at 6pm.

The email also contained a Committee Nomination form. Please consider nominating for a position on Tuggerah United FC's Committee, for without volunteers, this club cannot continue. Assistance will be provided to new committee members to ensure the club continues to run smoothly.

If you would like to nominate for a position but cannot attend the meeting, please let me know.

Such sad news, but was to be expected. We hope all our players and families are coping ok though out the 'Stay-at-home'. CCF will be releasing more information shortly.

Following the latest advice from NSW Government which advises that residents in Greater Sydney (which includes the Central Coast) should “limit unnecessary activity and avoid large gatherings in coming days” CCF has decided to postpone this weekend's games. Hi All, Please see following information just received from CCF who have sort advice from NSW Health, Football NSW and the Office of Sport regarding the latest Covid 19 situation -

Masks:
Anyone attending football matches or training must wear a mask.

People may remove their mask only for strenuous physical exercise (e.g. to warm up, train, play or referee), or when eating or drinking, and must put their masks back on at all other times, including spectators, coaches, managers, substitutes etc.

Similar to earlier orders there are other exemptions that apply, including for children under 12, people with autism or intellectual disabilities and other health conditions.

This is to take effect immediately

At this stage football will continue this weekend but CCF are watch the situation and receiving regular updates from NSW Health and Football NSW.

Tuggerah United FC will be implementing the same Covid19 Safe Plan as we had last year. Please remember social distancing rules and most importantly if you or your child are unwell please give football a miss.

I would like to remind everyone that it is an expectation that all referees are treated with respect by our teams, coaches and families.
As a small club we are lucky that most of our games are covered by official referees. There is an enormous shortage of referees across the Coast so we must ensure they are treated with the respect they are due.
CCF has fielded a number of complaints about treatment of referees. Whether you feel they are good or bad referees, their call is to be accepted.
Please follow our Club’s Code of Conduct and just do the right thing.
Remember who is watching - kids learn from what they see and we as adults are to set the example.
