Starting next week we’ve got a brand new line up of F45 workouts!

EMPIRE kicks off on Monday with combo sets at each station & three laps of pure cardio, designed to push yourself further each round

LIBERTY is back! Nine stations alternating between upper & lower body movements, the aim is to build up to those heavier weights in the second lap

VARSITY (not the food place) we wish 😞
BUT still just as good! Your Wednesday cardio sesh will focus on battle ropes for the next four weeks and other more explosive movements 🤯

🚨 NEW WORKOUT | HAMMER is on Thursdays and it’s a killer, never seen before but it’s keeping with our current theme of choosing upper or lower at each station (instead of the pick a side) & it’s got another special surprise 🌶️

HYRO # # Fridays are 🔥🔥 at the moment with our permanent Hyrox training and it’s brutal, next week will be a brand new Hyrox sesh hope you like sweating 🤣

SOCAL is back for Saturdays you’ll have two pods with cardio and resistance movements mixed through, still 60 minutes just as go go go as normal 🤩

PANTHERS 🐈‍⬛ Rounding out the week with fourteen stations and quick set timings Sundays will have plenty of variety, with a splash of core 💦
