This is Adeline… Philip has been her trainer since starting with us in August 2025… in that time she has reduced her body fat by over a whopping 16% and increased her skeletal muscle by 8%!!!! With Philip away for the birth of his second child, I have had the absolute honour of filling in to train Adeline over the past few weeks and all I can say is wow!!!!

Amazing strength and apart from a few of the Cirque Du Soleil performers that I trained for a period of time, she would be the strongest woman I have trained in my lengthy 29 years as a PT!

Today marked the end of the season for the Surf Coast Suns in their inaugural season in the Bellarine Football League.

What started as heading along to pre-season to get fit and firing for my over 45’s Masters Footy season with Geelong ended up being a hell of a lot more…

Just prior to the season started I was asked if I would be a playing Assistant Coach for the reserves which even though I have previously been a senior coach for 10 years was incredibly humbling! But with three kids all playing Saturday morning footy and netball this wasn’t possible.

This club although not reflected with wins is a terrific club with so many great people. To have so many young lads welcome me with open arms and be so welcoming and supportive has been truly amazing and a season I will never forget.

At 50 years of age and to be playing footy at open age level has been a lot of fun and trying to help some of the young lads with positioning and improving their game has been really rewarding.

Thanks Suns for having me and looking forward to pre-season again soon!

Meanwhile - I have a Semi-Final and hopefully a premiership to win over the next three weeks with Geelong!

Footy is the best thing ever and to think I’ve been playing for 40 years now is quite surreal!
