Struggle getting heavier dumbbells into position for hip bridges
Here's a simple trick! 👇
Instead of trying to lift the dumbbell directly onto your hips, stand it upright on one end beside you.
Sit down next to the dumbbell and straighten the leg closest to it.
Roll onto your side and position your hips against the dumbbell.
Then simply roll back onto your back while holding the dumbbell in place.
Once you're lying down, adjust your feet and body position, and you're ready to start your hip thrusts or glute bridges.
When you're finished, reverse the process.
Straighten the leg closest to the dumbbell, roll onto your side, stand the dumbbell upright again, and safely get back to your feet.
This method can make setting up much easier and help reduce unnecessary strain on your back.
✨ Give it a try and let me know how it goes!
