This week 173 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 24 were first timers and 22 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 13 different clubs took part.

Ballina Coast parkrun started on 27th May 2017. Since then 10,898 participants have completed 59,807 parkruns covering a total distance of 299,035 km, including 8,097 new Personal Bests. A total of 527 individuals have volunteered 5,704 times.

Your Run Director taking the reins tomorrow morning is the fantastic Michelle! While she’s holding down the fort and keeping the home fires burning, the rest of the "Power Trio" (JVR & Teddi) are currently down in Sydney, getting ready to tackle the Sydney Marathon this weekend! Send them all the good vibes, fast legs, and high fives from afar—we know Michelle will keep you all in tip-top shape back home! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Reminders
⏰ Visitors, please note we start at 7am AEDT.
🗣️ First timers briefing at 6:45am.
📢 General briefing at 6:50am.
🏁 Ready to run at 7am.
✍️ We will have the volunteer board at the start/finish line. Add your name - you’ll love it!
😁 Minimise your contact with others.
🪪 Don’t forget your barcode. Printed, on phones or watches are all OK.
👨‍👧‍👦 Under 11’s must be with a known adult.
🐾 Dogs are welcome on a short lead. Please keep control of your dog for the safety of all. One puppy per parkrunner.
🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ We run on a shared path so please KEEP LEFT, particularly at the start.
☀️ Don’t forget your water.
💦 There’s bubblers at the skatepark & Shaws Bay and toilets by the Coast Guard Tower.
