👋 Meet Taylor, one of our Northern Rivers Oztag Development Officers, and find out how he got started in Oztag and why he’s passionate about helping our juniors.

🙋 Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I’m Taylor, I’m 22 and I’m a Development Officer for both Oztag and the NRL. I’ve been involved in Oztag since I was 12, and I’ve spent the last 9 years refereeing Oztag and rugby league.

🏉 How did you get involved in Oztag?

A few mates and I wanted something fun to do in the rugby league off season, so we gave Oztag a go and have been hooked ever since.

😊 What’s your favourite part of working with juniors?

Seeing the kids have fun, build confidence, make friends and improve their skills is the best part.

⚡ What makes Oztag different, and why should kids give it a go?

It’s fast, safe and there’s no tackling, so anyone can get involved. It’s a great way to stay active, learn new skills and make some awesome mates.
