Jordan managed to bust his 10 year old CZero rim and got in contact for a replacement wheel.
We still had one of these rims in stock (but could have had an equivalent custom carbon rim made - check out our custom carbon rim programme) and laced it onto the original hub using Race double butted straight pull spokes, and brass ni***es.
He's back on the road, as quickly and inexpensively as possible.

We don't get to play with very often, but they really are nice!
Here we laced a beautiful machined and silver anodized Onyx Vesper MTB hub onto an MD23 rim - for hardcore use - with Race doubled butted spokes.
Alloy ni***es complete the build, and save some weight where it counts, at the wheels extremity.
Isn't it pretty?

German has been abusing his M1501 wheels for some time now, and they were due some love ...
After a few hard years of riding, there were more than few bearings that had left the chat, the ratchets needed love, and quite a few of the spokes were rusty. Adding insult to injury, most of the rear ni***es were quite corroded and hard to move.
We've completely disassembled the hubs and freehub, ultrasonically cleaned everything, lubed (with the appropriate DT specific l***s) and reassembed with Japanese .
The wheels have been rebuilt using * to ensure many years of trouble free use ahead.
* is this akin to putting Roval wheels on your Trek?

Josh wanted some wide "all road" rim brake wheels for a new fixie he's building. Not your usual off the shelf wheels ...
He sourced some "Ardently" hubs off a well known online market place, and we laced them into a set of our own Domestique rim brake hoops - 21mm internal width is perfect for big tyres.
Purple is always pretty!
of course.

rebuild for Graeme.
A broken hub fl**ge and corroded alloy ni***es had stopped him in his tracks.
Elite came to the party and provided a replacement hub, and we were asked to rebuild the wheel.
What's the verdict? The carbon looks to be good quality but will this replacement hub be more reliable? We don't know.
Solid (not excessive) tensions and an extremely small variation across spoke tensions should give it a fighting chance!
We do see a lot of "no name" hubs coming out of China - superlight, but unproven.
In our view, it's worth spending a little more and going with a tested product - or in the economy space, and if your budget can allow.

We do more and more work for bike shops - we've got the spokes, ni***es, and expertise to rebuild the stuff most shops just can't or won't.
In this case a simple relace with Race in black, to the original Control 29er rim, and hub. Keeps their customer happy with a great wheel.

Oskar is a little shredder who goes big. His Drew is a 26/24" mullet dual sus, but the standard spec wheels are pretty heavy and low end.
He needed some light but super tough hoops, and after some problem solving we came up with a EX471 26" front and Duroc 30 24" rear rim choice, paired with Boost front and non-Boost (ISO) rear hubs.
We built these up with Race double butted spokes, brass ni***es on the rear and alloy on the front.
Try buying that wheelset off the rack at the LBS ...

MI5 build for Charles, for his Hunquapillar.
The brief was silver, silver and more silver.
Using Strong and brass ni***es, on our own rim, we nailed the brief.
A perfect match to convert his once over to (the darkside) a new SILVER OM-1 reverse pull rear derailleur. Purrrrdy.
