How Pilates really sounds… šŸŽ§šŸ¤
Deep breaths, a few ā€œI’m dyingā€ šŸ˜‚ plenty of cheeky moments in between and constant reminders of how amazing you are. That’s what our classes are really like✨

2 years, 4 classes a week, NO SHORTCUTS, JUST CONSISTENCY šŸ‘

This client’s transformation is the result of showing up week after week, for the last 2 YEARS. She committed to 4 PILATES CLASSES EVERY WEEK and never gave up.

People often ask if Pilates works for weight loss. The truth is, PILATES ALONE INSN’T THE MAGIC ANSWER. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, or improve your body composition, nutrition plays a huge role too. Pilates builds strength, improves mobility, posture, balance, and muscle tone but your lifestyle as a whole matters.

And that’s exactly why I love what I do.

This client’s transformation is just one of many I’ve been lucky enough to witness. I’ve seen postpartum mums regain their strength and confidence after having babies, surfers improve their performance and prevent injuries, clients completely transform their posture, and people discover muscles (including abs šŸ˜…) they never knew they had.

The best part isn’t the photos. It’s seeing people move better, feel stronger, and become more confident in their own bodies.

Summer is just around the corner, but don’t wait until the last minute. Your health isn’t something you work on for a season it’s something you invest in every single day.

Start now. Your future self will thank you. šŸ¤Ž

Studio Moments šŸ”„

You’re not bloated… you’re overtraining

Heavy, fast, high-intensity training increases stress and inflammation as part of adaptation

That can lead to:
• fluid retention
• soreness
• that ā€œpuffy / heavyā€ feeling

It’s physiology not your body ā€œnot workingā€

āž”ļø Pilates creates a different response

Slower, controlled movements + breath support circulation, recovery and nervous system regulation

It’s not Pilates vs gym

They produce different outcomes in your body and the smartest approach is combining workouts.

If you’ve been feeling constantly sore, inflamed or ā€œpuffyā€ this might be why.

Save this so you remember next time you train šŸ”„

You asked for it… strength class it is šŸ˜šŸ”„

I did a poll and most of you voted for a Reformer strength class, so here we are, sharing a few moments from our latest session.

Remember, strength on the Reformer is all about your spring choice and timing.
The option that challenges you the most is what will make you stronger.

For me:
•Red + Yellow
or
• Blue + Yellow
