And so to the final competition of the year - Club Doubles Handicap. With a maximum field of 16 and a thrilling final, we congratulate Keith Thotsakui and Mark Murray as our Doubles Champions 2019. Commiserations to Paul Beggs and Jim Bowers who put up an astounding fight to the last black. Fantastic Highest Break of 57 for Paul Beggs.

A nail-biting finish to a 5 frame final between two of our best club players. 3 frames to 2, and a final score 71-47. Congratulations to our A Grade Champion Ray Wilcher and Runner Up Paul Beggs. Thank you to all who participated and officiated.

What a day of snooker! 13 Club members played out the Club B Grade Championships on Sunday 3rd November. Single elimination best of 3 frames saw a full day of great snooker. Thank you to all those who entered. Commiserations to the semi-final losers, Bill Thurston and Danny Waldock. Congratulations to finalists Asaf Zakay and Mark Murray, and a big hand to Mark, the Club B Grade Champion 2019.

Great day with the Team Challenge finalists (all 5 teams) on Saturday. Congratulations to the winning team Green Baize Players, Paul, Greg and Luke. And to the runner-up team Cue-cumbers, Ray, Chris and Lucy. Looking forward to the next team challenge in the New Year.
