🌊 WATER SAFETY WEEK IS COMING! 🌊

From Monday 10 August – Saturday 15 August, all Learn to Swim students will take part in our Water Safety Week program during their regular lesson.

🏊 Learn valuable water safety and survival skills
👕 Wear pyjamas or old clothes over bathers
👶 Includes Infant & Preschool classes

Practising in clothes helps children experience a real-life survival situation in a safe and supervised environment.

✅ Don't forget to come dressed and ready to participate!

Through a partnership between Federation University and the Victorian Institute of Sport (VIS), the Health and Sports Precinct at Mount Helen has become a preferred regional training destination for elite athletes.

🏊‍♀️Learn to Swim Program
Our Term 1 Learn to Swim program is officially underway, with almost 700 children enrolled! The program equips young swimmers with essential water safety and swimming skills—all in a fun, supportive and confidence building environment.

🧘‍♀️Group Fitness
Kick-start your fitness goals with our diverse range of 30 minute group fitness classes. Led by our friendly, qualified instructors, our timetable offers something for everyone in an encouraging, results-focused space.

🏸Social Sports
Get active, meet new people and have fun! We offer social sport sessions for Federation staff, students and HSA members:

• Pickleball – Mondays, 5:00pm–7:00pm
• Badminton – Fridays, 5:30pm–8:00pm

No bookings needed, all levels welcome, and basic equipment is provided. Just come along and join the fun!

💪Athlete Testing
Our dedicated performance team provides professional athlete testing and specialised services for schools, sporting organisations and individual athletes. These services are available throughout the Health and Sports Precinct to help athletes reach their full potential.

Celebrate your next birthday with a HSA pool or sports party! Bookings are now open for February and March—but spots are filling quickly. Don’t miss out on a fun, active and memorable celebration!
