KEEP BUILDING.
Since taking over Spartans, we’ve made the decision to keep putting everything we can back into the gym.
And later this week, the next phase begins.
New Spartans turf. New racks. New deadlift platforms. A reshuffle of the floor to make better use of the space we have.
It’s a significant reinvestment for us, and there’s plenty of work ahead to bring it all together.
There’s always an element of risk when you keep putting money back into a business — but we believe in Spartans, we believe in what we’re building, and hopefully that investment continues to pay off.
Can’t wait to bring the vision to life!

A little thank you that means a lot. ❤️
Whether it’s member events, fundraisers, local schools or community initiatives, we’re always keen to give back and support the local community that supports us.
A big thank you to Magpie Primary School for the Certificate of Appreciation — very grateful to receive it. 💪❤️

Meet Tate.
Let’s start with the not-so-good.
For a period of his life, Tate was caught up in the alcohol, drugs and party lifestyle.
After a big night ended with him crashing his car and losing his licence, he was faced with the consequences of the decisions he’d been making.
Instead of making excuses, Tate took responsibility.
He accepted where his choices had led him, made some big changes and started making it work.
Fast forward to today and Tate is 15 months sober — no alcohol, no drugs.
And the trajectory of his life looks very different.
He’s gotten married.
Become a dad.
He and his family are in the process of buying their first home.
He’s also consistently showing up at the gym and putting the work in.
Starting at 110kg, Tate is now down nearly 10kg, getting stronger, feeling good and continuing to improve week after week.
But the biggest change isn’t the number on the scales.
It’s taking ownership of his life and becoming the father, husband and person he wants to be.
We can’t wait to see what Tate can achieve over the coming years.
Thanks for letting us in and allowing us to share your story — the good and the bad.
Stories like Tate’s are worth sharing because you never know who might be reading it and thinking it’s time to make a change themselves.
Give the man some love 👇🏼
