Pathway Match is offering an annual scholarship of up to $2,000 to help support talented young footballers - boys and girls - studying Excercise and Sports Science at UTAS or Sports Administration at TasTAFE, Launceston in 2027.

It's not a full ride — but it's real support to help cover the costs of getting started.

Studying in Launceston means more accessible entry into teaching degrees than a lot of mainland unis and a cost of living that makes studying manageable.

While you study, you'll:

🏉 Play in the NTFA Division 1 Unders
💪 Join our High Performance Program
🎓 Work towards a career in teaching

Open to:
✅ Boys eligible for U18.5 (born on or after 1/7/2008)
✅ Girls eligible for U19 (born on or after 1/1/2008)

Just a love of the game and an eye for talent.

We'll cover your basic match-day expenses and pay a modest amount for each completed report.

Let's be clear though...

This isn't a side hustle.

It isn't a big wage.

It isn't designed to make anyone rich.

Pathway Match is a community football initiative and we're not trying to profit from the process.
