Congratulations to Duncan on receiving his 10 year red shirt last night! When the gym closed last year Dunc continued training with the tradies on a Thursday night and last night I was rapt to have finally presented him with his red tee. Good job mate 🥊🥊

Thanks everyone for attending the Pop Up Boxing class last night. It was fantastic seeing everyone and I hope you all had a great session and catching up with everyone.

Even though the gym is closed I’m still happy to coordinate the boxes this year for CB past clients!
If you would like a box dropped off at your house please DM by the end of this Friday and I can collect the boxes and drop them off and then will pick them back up from your house when they are full and deliver them to the drop off centre on the 14th December.

A massive Congratulations to CB past client Cooper Craig Peters for winning the Footscray Bulldogs VFL Best & Fairest award & also taking out the Ben Bradley Trainers Award.
