In this session, Shaun and the coaching team are working with our WVFA players on some of the small details that make a big difference on the pitch.
Off-ball movement. Scanning. First touch. Ball speed. Open body shape.
We’re teaching our players to look before they receive the ball, move into space, position their body ready for the next play and make that first touch count.
These are the habits we want to become second nature - so when the pressure of a game is added, our players aren’t just reacting to what’s happening around them. They’re already thinking one step ahead.
