Meet the team: Alex Thompson

Personal Trainer Alex Thompson

Alex has been involved in the fitness industry for over a decade and whilst he’s new to personal training, his years of experience in both training and coaching athletes across several sports have provided him with a broad spectrum of knowledge on different training principles.

Alex’s passion for bodybuilding has led him through prepping for bodybuilding competitions and spending years developing his knowledge in the area. Throughout his years of training Alex has also gained experience in powerlifting, nutrition and endurance disciplines.
Alex is looking to help clients achieve their goals in the gym whatever they may be.
