Throwback to one of the best experiences I've had in motorsport!
Working alongside Leigh and Cal from Reaction Performance, I spent the weekend at the Bathurst 1000, assisting the team and drivers at Matt Stone Racing's wildcard team. This included drivers Cameron Crick and Aaron Seton.
With a packed schedule across the weekend, the drivers can forget about the importance of nutrition and hydration, so as a trainer, I was there to handle this across the weekend. 🌯🍌🍎
I look forward to more work opportunities at the race track! 🏎🏁

Hey everyone, it's been a while, but I have been keeping myself busy!
For over a year now, I have been working with Reaction Performance, as a Strength and conditioning coach. We work with motorsport athletes, to physically prepare them and maximise their performance in the car. 🏃🏋‍♂️🏎
Being a qualified Strength and conditioning coach, and a race car driver, I thought why not combine my two skills and enhance my career in motorsport!
I will be back in a race car one day, but for now you'll see me at the track working alongside drivers and teams. 👩‍💻

This weekend is Round 2 of the Victorian State Race Series at Winton Raceway, but unfortunately I won’t be there to race. I am instead heading to Sydney to compete in the Australian Rowing Championships 🚣🏻‍♀️
I am disappointed in missing this round as Winton is my favourite track, but I am finally fulfilling a dream of mine to compete at the national championships in my other favourite sport! 🚣🏻‍♀️

Formula Vee Association of Victoria - FVAV

I am thankful to receive the GR Motorsport Electrics Development award from Formula Vee Victoria. This award recognises the development on our Formula Vee at Egan Motorsport and the progress we have made during the 2023 season.
I would like to dedicate this award to my family: my parents Wayne and Lynette and my brother Alex. My racing journey since moving from a team to running our own car independently, would not have been possible without them. This award recognises all of their hard work, time and effort that they have put in.

Sandown Recap 🏎🏁

Race 1-
After a disappointing qualifying due to handling issues, the boys got to work and we had the car feeling good for race 1. Made up 5 positions throughout the race, coming home in 16th position.

Race 2-
Finished 18th, achieved my fastest time of the weekend and carried positive pace going into race 3, having finished just over 1sec behind 15th position.

Race 3-
An unfortunate mistake under braking caused me to clip the wall and get sent into the gravel trap at T9. Definitely not the way I wanted to end the weekend, but the car is in one piece, so that’s the main thing!

Thanks to Alex nd my parents for looking after the car all weekend!
And it was great seeing my partner Nicolson Racing back racing again!
