Come and join the incredible Annie Crosby in exploring the foundations of Crow (Bakasana) - a core arm balance that brings together strength, mobility, coordination, and exploration of your individual anatomy in relation to the shape.
Across two 90 minute workshops, Annie will run you through a progressive vinyasa practice to warm and prepare the body, before breaking down the key shapes, actions, and anatomical principles that support your progression towards Crow.
Rather than simply learning how to “do” the pose, this workshop is an opportunity to understand what makes Crow work, and how to build the strength, awareness, and confidence to approach it with greater intention.
$35 non-members, included in Monthly Membership & can be used as part of your class packs.
