🏉☀️ That’s a wrap for Auskick!

There’s something pretty special about watching this little lot fall in love with footy — not just because of the game, but because fun, community and respect are built in from day one. ❤️💙💛

Auskick is where so many Suns journeys begin. Kids turn up to learn how to kick, mark and handball, but along the way they make friends, build confidence and discover what it means to be part of a club.

And as the Suns continue to grow, so does the wonderful mix of families on the sidelines. You’ll hear plenty of different accents (and more than a few English ones!) from parents who may not have grown up with AFL themselves, but have wholeheartedly embraced the sport and the community their kids have found here.

That’s the magic of community footy. The kids come to play — and the whole family becomes part of the club.

We're incredibly excited to join the Balgowlah Suns community this season and support the amazing work the club does in helping young people grow through sport.

At MultiRay, our mission is simple:

To help children, teenagers and women become strong, safe and confident through movement, self-defence, emotional resilience and community.

We believe the skills that help young people succeed on the sporting field—confidence, resilience, discipline, emotional regulation and teamwork—are the very same skills that help them thrive in everyday life.

Whether they're pulling on a Suns guernsey, walking into a new classroom or catching a bus on their own for the first time, every young person deserves to feel capable and confident.

👑 StrongHER (Teen Girls & Women 12+)
Kung Fu & Self-Defence classes helping girls and women build confidence, resilience and practical skills for the real world.

💜 Peaceful Warriors (Girls 6–10 years)
Fun and engaging Kung Fu & Self-Defence classes designed to build confidence, resilience and respect.

🌈 Feelings First (3–5 years)
A playful Kung Fu-based movement program helping little ones develop emotional regulation, confidence and school readiness.

🥊 Building Balanced Boys (Boys 12+)
Tuesday & Thursday mornings | 6:30am
Boxing circuit training, leadership development and positive male mentorship to help boys become strong, disciplined and resilient young men.

🎨 Make It Mondays
Creative after-school sessions where children can create, connect and build confidence.

🧠 Soulful Approach: Anxiety
A four-week coaching program helping teenagers better understand anxiety, regulate their nervous system and build practical tools for confidence and emotional wellbeing.

🌕 Monthly Full Moon Soundbath & Meditation Evenings

🍕 Monthly Movie, Pizza & Craft Nights
