Time to service your gear!!! 🛠️

Just a reminder for all kitesurfers to check your gear before the season kicks off.

Don’t wait until something breaks mid-session and mid-season. The most important reason is, of course, your safety and comfort. Another reason is that we may not have the exact part or line you need in stock when you need it.

We try to carry stock of the most common items, but increasingly, we need to order parts in. This means waiting — and potentially missing sessions!

We also won’t be able to service your gear on the spot during summer, and you might be without your bar or kite for 1–2 weeks. 👎

We always do our best to get you back on the water ASAP, but we can’t guarantee you won’t miss sessions, so prevention is key!

Action Sports WA is looking for a passionate kitesurfer and/or foil boarder to join our growing team.

We're searching for someone who is energetic, customer-focused, and genuinely excited about helping others get the most out of their time on the water. If you love talking gear, following the forecast, and sharing your knowledge with fellow riders, we'd love to hear from you.

Whether you're an experienced retailer or simply a passionate rider with great people skills, this could be an incredible opportunity to build a career in an industry you love.

What We're Looking For:
- Active kitesurfer and/or foil boarder
- Friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused
- Strong communication and people skills
- Passion for learning about equipment and. new technologies
- Reliable, motivated and team-oriented
- Able to provide exceptional customer service both in-store and online
- A genuine passion for watersports and the lifestyle that comes with them

The Role
You'll be involved in:
- Assisting customers in-store and online
- Providing expert product advice and recommendations
- Processing sales and supporting day-to-day store operations
- Managing inventory and merchandising displays
- Helping create content and engage with our community
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience every day

Hours & Career Opportunities
