Saturday morning was spent at a site visit to a peer's project in Foster as part of a reference/pilot group for future learning/course delivery in Passive Design Principles. As you can see, Sth Gippy certainly pulled out the amazing weather.

Great building design extends beyond the office.

Early this week, we were treated to an informative training session hosted by Dahlsens and Master Builders Association of Victoria presenting Pro Clima Australia, Australia’s leading supplier of Class 3 and Class 4 vapour permeable weather resistive barriers for the building industry.

The morning began with an educational presentation regarding the new NCC regulations pertaining to condensation management and the role that Pro Clima’s products can play in complying with these requirements. After the presentation, groups then broke out to have a practical session on the tools.

A great way to really understand the products and to engage with the builders installing them. All in the aid of designing better and more sustainable buildings!
