Aged Care Easy

Gills has worked in healthcare for close to 25 years. He commenced work as a Wardsperson and Assistant in Nursing in a Residential Aged Care Facility (R.A.C.F) while completing his training as a Registered Nurse. Jamie was employed in multiple clinical settings but always had a strong interest in Aged Care. He was part of a team who established the first aged care residential placement service on the Central Coast and was employed as a Placement Co-ordinator in the with the Aged Care Assessment Team for 5 years placing people from hospital into Residential Care. He was also employed as a Clinical Nurse Consultant in Aged Care and for over 5 years specialising with people who have a cognitive impairment or dementia. This has given him a vast knowledge of Aged Care and particularly Residential Aged Care Facilities.
