You don’t need to be advanced to feel challenged in this room ❤️🔥
Friday’s flow moved from standing to kneeling to lying and back — same sequence, same magic circle, but layered so it meets you exactly where you are and builds from there. That’s the part people don’t expect from Pilates: one movement flows straight into the next, and it still gets harder the stronger you get ✨

Still on a high from Sunday. 🍉✦ Can we do it again?!
The Sunday Session with Noot | Non-Alcoholic Cocktails was everything and more — mats out, LEON 🍸 on the decks and behind the bar shaking up zero-proof magic (what can’t he do?!), and the best community energy we could’ve asked for. Genuinely still buzzing. ✨

End of the PWA Classical Challenge - the full Classical Order.
No trending audio on this one. Just April’s cues, left in exactly as she gave them 🎧🤍
Listen closely and you’ll notice how simple they’ve become.
After five weeks of learning, layering and repeating the same exercises, Week 6 was about bringing it all together. We spent the week moving through the Classical order… well, our slightly shorter PWA version because our classes aren’t 90 minutes long 😂
Starting with footwork (which didn’t make the cut because Instagram only gives us 20 slides 🫠), we worked through the order with reps instead of layers, less talking and simpler cues. *Opening slide was in the middle of the class, not at the beginning but this was so impressive and controlled we had to start with it.
By this point, we call the exercise and the room finds it. That’s not us going easy on the cues. That’s five weeks of repetition until their bodies know where they need to be ✨
And we are SO proud of this group.
Six weeks in, the difference is impossible to miss. More strength, more control and so much more confidence in exercises that felt completely foreign back in Week 1.
This is why we run the Classical Challenge every year 🤍 It’s not about learning more exercises. It’s about learning your own body within them. Building proprioception, understanding safe entries and exits, and finding the full expression of an exercise without needing someone to talk you through every second.
Even our cueing gets simpler by Week 6.
That’s the whole point 🥹🤍
We can’t wait for the next round.
Today was EVERYTHING. 🍉✦
The Sunday Session with Noot | Non-Alcoholic Cocktails was pure vibe from start to finish — mats out, DJ on, LEON 🍸 shaking up the best zero-proof cocktails, and this community showing up with the best energy we could’ve asked for. The Classical Challenge finale we didn’t know we needed. 🥹
Thank you to every single one of you who came and brought the hype — this one’s going to live in our hearts for a while.
Can’t wait to share more as the content comes through from the incredible F L A X M E D I A H O U S E 📸 so much good stuff to come!
You’ll want the sound on for this one 🔊😂
Sent Callie and Hannah a voice note from holiday asking them to get some content while I was away.
Found this buried in the camera roll and it needs to be seen. 10/10 ex*****on, 0/10 following instructions. This is why I can’t leave 😅
Couldn’t love this team more if I tried!
Some weeks in the Challenge are about hitting new shapes. Last week was about control ✨
The focus was Control Front and Control Back — the kind of quiet, precise strength that doesn’t always look impressive but changes how your whole body moves IYKYK 🥵.
Friday’s class warmed things up with back rowing into the sternum, plus some supine tricep and ab work, and we threw Russian splits into the class plan too — part of the repertoire, and a good challenge for the room!
This is the stuff that makes everything else possible — it’s just not always the part that makes the highlight reel ❤️🔥
Final week of the challenge - Let’s go!!
Another Sunday Session in the books and honestly? We’re never going back to normal Sundays 🥂✨
Reformer first, Noot second, good people always 🪩
This is what “starting the day right” actually looks like 🕺
