Hard to believe a few years ago we were all total strangers until you all walked seperately up my driveway one day to your first strength sesh at Halo HQ and I jokingly suggested we start a Halo netball team. So we did 🙌
Grateful for people you meet in life that make you feel like they have always been there 🫶

Little moments captured this morning 💓🥹
This little angel has been coming to Halo with mummy since she was a baby in a pram and today joined in, with her own little weights, to feel just like her mama ✨️
Little eyes watching and watching and watching until one day they copy is my absolute favourite moment of my job 🫶
When the client becomes the trainer 🙌 🥵🫶
When you came to one of my classes at the gym all those years ago little did I know 5 years later I'd still be training you multiple times a week but now at Halo HQ 😇, and you'd be inviting me out on a Sunday morning to go for a jog around our mutual home town to help me train for my half marathon (also wouldn't have belived I'd even be contemplating a half marathon, but that's another thing altogether 🤣)
It really is all about the people you meet along the way
so glad our paths crossed
