Strong women doing a hard exercise with so many layers of benefits. A chest / pec fly in a plank with one leg raised / hip extended.

This exercise variation loads the pecs and anterior deltoid, the glute and hamstring of the extended leg and the instability and movement of the board but the unilateral hip extension fires up the entire core on all three planes to prevent lumbar extension, lateral flexion and rotation.

All together this paces a huge metabolic demand on the body and burns 🔥 a lot of calories.
