Chair One Fitness is chair-based dance workouts to make fitness available to everyone, regardless of mobility issues. Fitness for all!

Tracy, Lucy and I (Michelle) hope you've all enjoyed attending our Fitness Classes over the last few years at Aspendale Gardens Community Service. We love and cherish all who have attended. We've gotten to know so many of you and are really proud of the amazing Fitness Community orig. created in September 2017.

At this stage the only class running at the Centre is ZUMBA (ps... Beats drop 7 pm tonight hehee).
So you'll see less posts on here, just the occasional Memory or get together.
