The People Behind
the Progress
A program gives you direction. The right
coaching team helps you keep moving when
training becomes uncertain, difficult or uncomfortable.

At Alpha, coaching is more than writing sets and
reps. It means watching closely, giving honest
feedback, adapting when life changes and
helping every athlete understand what they are
working toward.

Alpha Athletes is the place. Alpha coaching is the
performance system inside it.

Built to Become.

Want to meet the team and find the right
coaching option for you? Send us START.

The platform doesn’t build your strength. It reveals the work you’ve already done.

Every big lift begins with the sessions nobody sees the repeated technical work, the ordinary training days, the honest feedback and the decision to keep showing up when motivation isn’t there.

Competition day is the test. Training is where the result is built.

Train with purpose. Build patiently. Trust the work when your moment arrives.

Built to Become.

Want more structure and direction in your training? Send us TRAINING.

Why do some people keep progressing while others stay stuck?

It's usually not talent.

It's not genetics.

And it's definitely not some secret supplement nobody else knows about.

The strongest people in the gym have mastered something most people overlook:

Consistency.

They show up when they're motivated.
They show up when they're not.

They focus on the basics.
They train with intent.
They trust the process long enough for it to work.

While others are searching for shortcuts, they're putting another rep in the bank.

Progress isn't built through hacks.

It's built through years of doing the simple things exceptionally well.

Train with intent.

Trust the process.

The results will follow.

🇦🇺 HELP US GET ANNIE TO WORLDS 🇦🇺

Some people only see the medals.

What they don’t see are the early mornings, the missed social events, the sacrifices, the setbacks, and the thousands of hours spent chasing a goal that most people will never understand.

At just 23 years old, Annie has built herself into one of the strongest junior female powerlifters in Australia.

This year she became:
🏆 Best Junior Female Lifter
🏆 National Champion
🏆 Holder of 4 National Records
🏆 Selected to represent Australia at the World Championships

Now she has the opportunity to step onto the world stage and compete against the best athletes on the planet.

Representing your country is an incredible achievement, but it comes with significant costs. Flights, accommodation, and travel expenses are all part of the journey.

As a community, we’d love to help Annie get there.

No donation is too small. Every contribution helps Annie get one step closer to representing Australia and Alpha on the world stage.

❤️🖤 Support Annie’s journey to the World Championships

Most people don’t fail because they lack potential.

They fail because they constantly move away from the things that actually work.

Progress in strength training is usually simple, but it requires patience.

Master the basics. Stay consistent. Trust the process.

On June 6th, Alpha Athletes will be hosting another APA Sanctioned Competition… and we need the community behind us to help make it happen.

We’re looking for volunteers for:
• Spotters & loaders
• Score table/officials
• Photography & media
• General help
• Clean up crew

🏆 ONE SESSION ONLY

🚨 IMPORTANT:
Volunteering at competitions is a prerequisite for National & World Championship qualification.

If you want to be part of the future of the sport, it starts with contributing to it.

Mindset affects more than people realise.

It affects your confidence under the bar.
Your ability to stay focused.
How you respond after a bad session.
Whether you push through discomfort… or let one bad moment derail the entire workout.

The gym isn’t just physical.
It’s mental too.

Some athletes quit mentally before the hard set even starts.
Others learn how to stay composed, trust the process, and keep showing up regardless of how they feel.

That’s usually the difference between people who stay stuck… and people who keep progressing.

You can have the best program in the world, but if your mindset collapses every time training gets difficult, progress becomes almost impossible.

Train your body.
But don’t neglect your mind. 🧠🏋️‍♂️⚡️

There’s a big difference between working out… and actually training.

One is random.
One is intentional.

You can spend hours in the gym, sweat, feel exhausted… and still go nowhere.
Because without intent, you’re just guessing your way through sessions.

Training with intent means:
You know what you’re doing.
You know why you’re doing it.
And you execute it properly.

Every rep has a purpose.
Every set moves you forward.
Every session builds on the last.

That’s how progress is made.

Stop chasing the feeling of being tired…
Start chasing the standard of getting better.

Training with intent beats guesswork. Every time.

Nationals recap time and the scoreboard got absolutely rewritten.

5 National records
4 Podium’s
2 champion trophies
HUGE SUCCESS 🏆🏆🏆🏆

What our athletes did on the platform wasn’t just competition day lifting, it was statement after statement, rep after rep, record after record.

Annie Burns delivered a flawless 9/9 performance and left nothing untouched. She broke the national squat, bench, and deadlift records, along with the national total record. She claimed her weight division, took out Best Junior Female Lifter, and now sits in the top 4 in the world. A 461.5kg total that reads like pressure turned into precision.

Irini Kapsalis went 8/9, locking in second place with a 387.5kg total. Controlled, composed, and constantly building across the day when it mattered most.

Matvi Kaplan finished 7/9, secured 2nd place, and added a national deadlift record to the list with 282.5kg on the bar. A 627.5kg total built through grit and consistency across all three lifts.

Toby Read fought through the day to claim 3rd place with a 525kg total. Solid, competitive, and right in the mix from start to finish.
Jonah Strickland took 1st place and became Special Olympics Champion with a 535kg total. A performance that stood tall on every attempt that mattered.

This is what happens when preparation meets the platform. Not luck, not noise, just ex*****on when it counts.

Coaches Chris and George could not have been prouder to have been there to watch their athletes make history and represent Alpha Athletes at such a prestigious level.

Congratulations guys. You made all of us at Alpha so proud 🫡
