I think I lot of you don’t realise how much your sets are suffering when you go in distracted.
I LOVE having a chat while training. But if you want to push yourself hard with good, consistent form you really should to take the time to lock in before you start.

Does rounding your back forward make hip extensions more effective for your glutes? Not exactly
As with any exercise it’s really important to look at what joints you’re using and how the change you’re making influences them. In this case, rounding your back won’t influence your glutes because it doesn’t change anything for your hips.
But there still is a reason you might do it
Assisted pull ups are a great exercise for helping you move towards your first pull up or chin up.
But, if you’re on the shorter side, you might find the machine doesn’t let you get over the bar.
So here’s what you can do instead

Hard ≠ close to muscular failure.
Big lower body movements ALWAYS feel hard, but if gun to your head you could do 5+ more reps, they aren’t hard enough to see meaningful results
Honestly, it really doesn’t matter which bicep curl you do - most of them do the job absolutely fine.
But the one thing that is actually important is that you keep your humerus (upper arm) still as you curl
