Name of the game is creating more lower half leg drive, transferring it through the trunk and delivering it with the upper half. Three-part combo. 15U Connor Ellingsworth stopped by and executed it well. Immediately began with hip drive and head placement over back foot, then continued with extended glove side reach to enhance hip rotation. Easy couple MPHs in the tank to get. Liked his enthusiasm to learn and will to get better

Big time work done inside Aces Indoor Facility tonight. All kinds of pitching instruction going on with an emphasis on how to combo velocity gain with arm health. Check out 11U TJ Morris tonight, who mastered tonight's lesson by creating power on backside, transferring it with hip push and delivering it with a back leg throw down. TJ combined hip drive (top arrow) and heel drive (top circle) at the top, then finished pitch with continued weight to plate (bottom arrow) and a high backside finish (bottom circle). Another good night out of the Roadrunner crew

All kinds of legit stuff going on here with 15U Bailey Willey. Top frames show Bailey this past November before the Aces Winter Academy and before extensive offseason training with . Bottom frames were today.
Top frames show the elbow dropping on delivery, followed by a below average backside finish and the lead leg caving in. Fast forward to present and this dude has a good arm angle and his elbow is staying up. Mix in a strong backside finish with the lead leg distributing the power and this where we are at
