🎉 Congratulations to our Member of the Month - Tom!! 🎉

Tom is an absolute legend and a little bit of a silent assassin 😂 His progress since he started with us has been incredible and as modest as he is…all of the coaches have noticed!

One example is how Tom started with band-assisted chin ups and has recently hit an +8kg chin up in just 5 months! 💪

But it’s not just his strength that has impressed us. Tom is so incredibly consistent, rarely missing a session and giving 100% in every class. He’s always asking questions, following the program to a T and somehow seems to be hitting a PB every week at the moment! 🔥

He’s also always willing to work with anyone, making them feel comortable and supported and gives everything a good shot and is just one of those people who quietly gets on with it and gets the job done. A true quiet achiever! ☺️

Tom, we absolutely love having you as part of our Fitstop community and we’re so proud of the progress you’ve made in such a short time!

We’re pumped to introduce you to the newest addition to the Fitstop Armstrong Creek coaching crew - Tom! 👊

Tom brings 10 years of experience across Olympic Weightlifting, gymnastics and powerlifting, along with 4 years of coaching experience - so you’re definitely in good hands when it comes to technique, strength and getting the most out of your training!

🌟 MEMBER OF THE MONTH - JULY 🌟

A huge congratulations to our Member of the Month for July...DANI! 👏

This recognition is well overdue! Dani has been an absolute superstar and her dedication, consistency and progress over the last 18 months have been nothing short of incredible. We are SO proud of everything she has achieved.

Since joining Fitstop, Dani has lost an amazing 30kg and an incredible 16.7% body fat. 🤯 These are phenomenal results and a true reflection of her hard work, discipline and commitment.

But what impresses us just as much is how far her strength and fitness have come. Dani has become an absolute powerhouse, hitting some incredible PBs along the way:
🏋️‍♀️ 125kg Deadlift
🏋️‍♀️ 100kg Back Squat
🏋️‍♀️ 55kg Bench Press
SO strong!

One thing Dani has absolutely mastered is discipline over motivation. It doesn't matter if it's cold, raining, she's tired or life gets busy - she shows up. Her training is a non-negotiable and that consistency is exactly why she's achieved such incredible results.

On top of that, Dani is an absolute legend. She's always smiling, always encouraging those around her, always willing to help and brings such a positive energy to every class. She's been part of our community since the very beginning as one of our OG members and we're so grateful to have her as part of the Fitstop family.

Dani, thank you for trusting the process and inspiring so many people around you. Your hard work hasn't gone unnoticed and this recognition is so well deserved.
