Tonys safety and self defence classes

Nearly time to start running some basic safety and introductory self defence sessions again. Work roster has not been favourable but next month is looking good.

We are on again this friday (26th) at 630pm....

Dear training friends, I will be running another beginners safety and self defence session this friday at 630pm. my classes are suitable for beginners or experienced alike. Not martial arts, not fitness but safety and self protection, suitable for professionals with a duty of care.

Session on again this friday at 630pm for an hour. Revision and then rehearsal of verbal evasion and safe withdrawal, as well as the usual basics...

next session friday 3rd August. 630pm. Revision and building on scenarios.

Next session not until August 3rd, due to work roster.
